The 176th Mission Support Contracting Office - JBER, AK intends to award a sole source procurement to Air Liquide America L.P., 6415 Arctic Blvd, Anchorage, AK, 99518-1533, for a VRTEX 360 Welder Simulator. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1; Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Lincoln Electric is the manufacturer and will only authorize certain distributors for specific geographic regions. In this case Air Liquide is the only authorized distributor for this region.
