The USCG doesn't possess all designs and technical data to overhaul the Wartsila Defense, Inc. ZA40S Diesel Engine Cylinder Heads.  Interested parties are invited to submit responses, as market research information for future services. The responses shall include the following information: (1) Your company's ability to repair/overhaul similar items. (2) Access to required OEM technical data and parts.

This notice is not a request for proposals or quotes. However, all responses received will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the USCG.
