The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to acquire 3 each aluminum Enclosures  from UNI-CAST INC., Londonderry, NH, through sole source negotiations.

The contractor shall provide all that is necessary in order to meet the requirements of the Governments.  The government is not able to develop a statement of work suitable to obtain deliverables on a competitive basis.  Only one source is being solicited under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
